Fear can stop you in your tracks, yet it can also be a way of receiving messages from your Body Wisdom.
The key to navigating through life with more ease is to understand, and then harness your fear.
As FDR famously quoted, “We have nothing to fear but fear itself.”
Often that feeling of fear is an indicator that your Higher Self is trying to communicate with you, and that fear feeling is a big reminder to listen.
Do you ever confuse genuine fear, which shows up when there is real danger, with assumed fear, which shows up when there is perceived danger?
If you’re taking a walk when a rabid dog comes rushing at you, your body will immediately register fear, because there is a very real danger heading straight for you! There’s not a lot to analyze. That danger is real.
On the other hand, imagine you’ve been offered the keynote speaker slot for a big conference and you want to do it, but are flooded with fear.
That is a perceived fear since speaking to an audience isn’t really dangerous.
Your body is telling you to build your confidence and self-esteem, and to focus on your message, so that you feel comfortable performing in front of this audience.
You can harness the fear into creating a more powerful presentation.
When you learn how to harness your fear, you’ll be more empowered and confident.

It’s very powerful to extend forgiveness, especially when you recognize that forgiveness always benefits you.
Forgiving someone doesn’t mean that you are saying what they did is okay. you are actually releasing the negative emotions you’ve been holding about the person and the situation.
Until you do, though, you’ll be energetically attached to them, and they will hold power over you.
It can be so difficult to forgive and let go.
It can sometimes feel that holding onto the anger means that you are taking a stand, and hurting them back, although that’s never the case.
Fortunately, when forgiving becomes too difficult to do alone, we have help.
Your angels, spirit guides and Source are all ready to help you with forgiveness.
Why? Because harboring negative emotions doesn’t serve you and will keep you from living your best life.
If you’re having difficulty letting the emotions and bad memories go, ask for help and guidance!
Let this help come to you so you can release what you’re feeling. Don’t let these feelings of unforgiveness hold you back.
You can ask for assistance in reframing the situation. It’s rare that a dark cloud doesn’t have a silver lining, so ask for help in seeing the other side!

Being aware is incredibly powerful. When you are fully present with what’s going on around you, for you and inside of you, you can accomplish great things.
It doesn’t require anything fancy to be aware. Noticing what you are experiencing through your senses, will always bring you into the present.
What are you seeing? What are you feeling on your skin? Inside your body? What sounds are in the background? What smells are wafting by?
People with a high level of awareness will often tell you it didn’t happen over night. They honed that skill and then made an ongoing effort to pay attention to both external and internal feedback.
Practice more awareness by being fully present at work. Be fully aware of what you are doing, how its making you feel and what you’re experiencing.
Be fully present with other people. Don’t go through every day on autopilot or like a robot, simply reacting to your life.
Decide that you’re going to become more aware of what you’re doing each day, all day.
It may be challenging at first but as you commit yourself to being more aware, you’ll notice that it will become easier to do.
You’ll find that the greatest gifts of awareness are greater joy and presence.

Have you ever noticed that nature abhors a vacuum? When you experience a door closing in your life, you can be certain that somewhere a window is about to open.
Yes, I know you’ve heard this cliché before, but it’s really true. It’s not possible to live in a world of abundance and not have plenty of opportunities.
That’s why a door closing is just one occurrence in one moment of time, and your window is about to fly open.
Doors close and windows open all the time, so be sure to stay in a high vibration to gratefully (and gracefully) accept all the “gifts” you are given.
There is always an abundance of opportunities just waiting for you to move forward and act, so that some of your grandest successes can occur.
Be sure to open yourself to the opportunities around you, be consciously aware of what you desire, and keep a steady focus, so you can move quickly from closed doors to open windows.
Remember, everything is conspiring in your favor. You only need to be aware of it.

Letting go can be tough, yet it is often very positive. In fact, letting go can be an act of courage and trust.
When you are courageous enough to let go of people, places or things, you are putting a message out to the Universe that you are in alignment with what is going on in your life and that is very powerful.
Your not fighting against the natural rhythm of things is a hallmark of enlightenment and a deeper awareness of how things work.
Letting go sends a message out that says you believe that all is as it should be and you embrace it. It demonstrates trust in your alignment with life’s ending.
Letting go with courage and trust keeps you in a high vibrational frequency as shifts occur, thus you will benefit by embracing the changes that take place.
It’s okay to grieve when things come to an end. It’s normal and you don’t want to stuff your feelings.
By gracefully letting go and knowing that if something is coming to an end, it has to be in your highest and best interest, you will continue moving forward, rather than staying stuck.
Moving forward will eventually bring joy.
