Have you ever heard the phrase, “Stuck in the story?” This is used when a person has been telling themselves the same thing for so long it’s become their story or their belief and they can’t move past it.

Many people lost all their money in the economic collapse several years ago. Stories such as, “I’ll never get that money back” started to pop up and that became a belief for many people. Not surprisingly, they are still living in a lack mind set and haven’t earned much money. Their a story became their belief.
Conversely, there are people who told themselves, “Easy come, easy go. I’ll get all that money back and more”. And guess what? They have.
Belief patterns are nothing more than stories we tell ourselves often enough to where it becomes embedded in our brain and we make decisions and take action from that low vibrational point.
If you want to change your outcomes, change your belief system. Using “I AM” statements to do this can be powerful. Tell yourself, “I AM capable, I AM delivered, I AM powerful beyond measure.” Don’t get stuck in your old story. Write a new one.

If you’re feeling stagnant, stuck or as if something is just off in your life, it may be time for a shift. Notice I didn’t say change.
Shifting is more nuanced and can rearrange your boundaries, your patterns and your way of thinking and doing things.
Shifting is more about making a subtle or gentle change as opposed to big changes, which sometimes aren’t necessary and can frequently be too jarring.
Not sure that a gentle shift is going to be enough?
Let’s use heat and boiling water as an example. At two hundred and eleven degrees, you’ve just got really hot water. At two hundred and twelve degrees, however, you’ve got boiling water. With boiling water comes steam and with steam, you can power a locomotive.
In other words, just that one degree makes the difference between still water and having enough power to move a train. Sometimes a shift is all you need.

Today is tax day and if you paid taxes, be grateful because that means you made money!
Staying in gratitude, even when you’re not feeling particularly grateful for something, is the quickest way to raising your vib
rational frequency, and raising your vibrational level is the quickest way to start attracting plenty of really great things!
While it’s easy to be grateful for the “good” things that happen, being grateful for the things that don’t seem to be so good in the moment can be more challenging. However, just like the example of taxes, you can train yourself to be grateful in every situation. It’s just a matter of choosing to see things a little differently!
Need to lose a little weight? Be grateful you have plenty to eat. Have to clean your house? How fortunate you are to not have to worry about shelter.
Maybe you’ve noticed there seem to be people in life who just attract good things consistently. You can bet your bottom dollar that these people live in a constant state of gratitude because this is just a universal law.
The more grateful you are for what you currently have, the more people, places and things will show up to keep the gratitude flow going.

There was once a woodcutter who met a man meditating in the woods. The woodcutter asked what the man was doing.
“I’m discovering where the riches are,” was the reply. “Please join me.”
The woodcutter hurried into the forest and discovered a pile of silver.
The next day, he saw the same man and was again told, “I’m discovering where the riches are. Please join me.”
The woodcutter ran through the forest and found a pile of gold. “I’m discovering the riches!” he thought.
On the third day, he returned to the forest and the meditating man repeated the same phrase.
This time, the woodcutter discovered a diamond mine. He now had enough riches to last a lifetime. It wasn’t long however, before the woodcutter realized that even though he was rich, he still felt like something was missing.
He returned to the woods and found the meditating man. “You say you’re discovering where the riches are,” he said to the sage, “yet I haven’t seen you take anything out of the forest.” The sage looked at him and replied, “That’s because the riches are all within me. Discovering yourself is the quickest way to riches.”
Have you discovered your riches yet?

The power of being present is deeply profound yet often overlooked comp
ared to the perception of the power of doing. Frequently, we want to do things for people when the best thing we can do is just be there with them, fully present. Maybe you’ve heard this:
In a doctor’s waiting room, a young boy saw an old man sitting in a chair doing nothing. The boy went over to the man and asked him why he was just sitting there. “I’m thinking of my wife,” said the man. “She died recently and I miss her.” Without saying a word, they boy climbed onto the old man’s lap and the two of them sat there in silence.
When the boy’s mother looked up from her magazine, she was surprised to see her son and the old man sitting quietly. She motioned for her son to come to her. “What are you doing?” she asked him. “That man’s wife died recently and he was sad,” said the boy. “What did you say to him?” asked his mother. “Nothing,” said the boy. I just sat there and was sad with him.”
Presence is a noun not a verb. Sometimes being is better than doing.
