When did you first know that Meditation was your calling, and how did it come about?

I learned Transcendental Meditation in college, meditating twice daily with a particular mantra. Later, my practice and spirituality deepened when I discovered A Course in Miracles. The Course changed my life and became the base of everything I do. About fifteen years ago, I was certified as a Kundalini Yoga instructor. I learned various meditations, each offering different outcomes, from increased intuition to reduced anxiety to being more calm and centered. Becoming a Reiki Master opened new dimensions of spirituality, as did QiGong, Matrix Energetics, and Consciousness training.

One morning in April 2018, I woke up with a clear message that I would hold a world peace meditation experiment in two weeks. In the World Miracle Peace Experiment, I led daily 7-minute guided meditations focused on the Middle East. Over the six months of the experiment, independent statistics from the ACLED, an online database, showed that violence in the Middle East had dropped by over 20%.

What services do you offer?

I wear two hats. As a founder and director of a nonprofit, Ten Million for World Peace, I lead monthly guided meditations, World Peace Meditation Challenges, and Healing Circles. I am also a Master Energy Intuitive, Somatic Healer, and Empath in private practice.

The body and mind are two integrative parts of a functioning whole. When they communicate poorly, stress, illness, and pain can result. Luckily, there are many ways to restore this connection, and I have learned them through my personal growth and training. As an Empath, I feel my clients’ issues in my own body, and as an intuitive, I help them heal. I also use Somatic Exercises to help them move safely and quickly through their issues.

I offer individual and group sessions through my Intuitive Energy management process; I mentor highly sensitive, empathic women to release stress and trauma. This process helps them feel safe, aligned and able to manage their energy, regain power, and live happy, successful lives.

Could you tell us more about your 3 Masters Healing Circle?

Our 3 Masters Healing Circle meets the first Saturday of the month over Zoom after our monthly World Peace Meditation. Teri Angel, Kumari Mullin, and I, three master healers, work together with individuals in the group. Every month, we focus on a different Chakra to align the energy. We three healers have a combined 115 years of spiritual and energy mastery, working together to create a harmonious healing flow that amplifies the experience of individuals in the group. Our sessions are tailored to release stress, restore balance, and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit so that group members can embody greater joy, radiant health, and inner peace.

Our group participants find relief from the pressures of daily life as we gently lead them into a state of more profound relaxation, where their healing can occur. We guide them to release past traumas and emotional blockages, allowing for emotional freedom and renewed well-being. Our master energy healing promotes overall health and vitality, enhanced mindfulness and awareness, that fosters a deep connection to the inner Self, clarity, wisdom, and a sense of limitless possibility.

How can meditation help our psychophysical well-being?

Guided meditations, breath meditations, mantra meditations, and various yoga and QiGong meditations are all wonderful opportunities to relax, renew, focus, and heal your body.

I’ve found that meditation can help significantly with our health in a variety of ways. There are many ways to meditate, all of which have significant and similar value in relaxing the breathing, which creates greater relaxation. When people are stressed, their breath tends to be shallow, clavicular breathing in the upper part of their chest. Breath contains life force energy, known as chi or ki.

Regular meditation helps develop deeper, relaxed breathing, which has powerful benefits. For example, just one minute of conscious deep, belly breathing can center and relax anxiety, stress, and tension. This type of meditation brings the practitioner into a state of mindfulness in the present moment.

Regular meditation can improve the immune system and reduce inflammation, blood pressure, and muscle tension. It can even help with PTSD and depression and increase focus and balance.

What can a person expect from your sessions?

Our bodies hold onto our unresolved emotions, stress, and trauma. Unfortunately, many people are disconnected from their physical selves and are unaware that their bodies are key to unlocking their emotional and physical health. As an empath, I am grateful for the ability to use somatic healing to tap into these emotions and body messages.

The first thing I ensure in my sessions is that my clients feel safe. Because I’m an empath, I use my abilities to feel what issues they are holding in their bodies and where they are holding them. For example, I might feel an indicator of their grief and sadness in my chest, followed by the stabbing feeling in my back of betrayal. My throat might be full of their unexpressed emotions, and so forth. As an intuitive, I receive direct information that can help them resolve these issues.

We don’t explore the areas that feel unsafe to my clients.

As a master healer, I incorporate somatic healing techniques such as EFT (meridian tapping), Emotion Code, and my own methodology. I also use simple mindfulness, grounding, and breathwork to help rebuild a somatic body-mind connection and foster better health.

What do you love most about your profession?

I love that my process is gentle, quick, and effective and that people respond well to treatment. I love seeing my clients open up and blossom. It makes everything so worthwhile. The bottom line is that there is a higher calling to complete oneself in wholeness. Because of this, there is an accelerated journey to higher consciousness, feeling good, healing, and well-being.
